On Friday evening, we have a unique Christmas atmosphere and food that focuses on joy. Venue, WhitePepper Chef Academy, High Street, Poole.

Venison Pithivier

Port and cherry jus, glazed parsnip, parsnip puree, cranberry gel

Spiced Orange Soufflé

Toasted pecan ice cream, cinnamon tuile
